Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. has been in business continuously since the early 1980's (and incorporated in March 1984) in order to create real estate services for our clients and customers with a diverse range of expertise. We specialize in commercial and residential appraisals. The company also offers assistance with buyer brokerage, listing, exchanging of commercial and residential property. Marc Gottesdiener is available for consultation concerning investing and developing real estate. Marc has testified in court concerning property values since the early 1990's involving various types of properties both residential & commercial with mnay different litigious situations with an excellent track record of over two+ decades. Additionally, the company performs property management services for residential and mixed-use units throughout the Greater Hartford area.

Marc is a real estate professional with over thirty two years of extensive real estate and project management background. Known for appraising, negotiating a wide range of transactions, counseling people to understand the real estate situation, creating win-win transactions to close deals, and for tenacious persistence to handle a variety of real estate properties. Marc was in the real estate telecommunications business for six years. During that time he negotiated and creatively crafted over 50 new build-to-suit cellular tower locations and wireless telecommunication sites throughout mostly CT. Marc has negotiated full cycle projects commencing with consultation and moving through the cycle of RFP's (Request for Proposals) zoning, coordinating with municipal departments, building owners, state agencies, non-profit organizations and other private and public telecommunications real estate companies.
After working for real estate agencies in the area, he established Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. in 1981 and incorporated the business in 1984. |
Joe Sena

As a resident of Cromwell and Rocky Hill for the past 30 years, Joe's knowledge of the marketplace and the relationships he has built is what makes him one of the more successful Real Estate Appraisers & Real Estate Agents in CT. After graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelors degree in Education, Joe became extremely active in all aspects of the real estate business with a tremendous understanding of the constant trends that we are faced with on a daily basis which include a growing number of foreclosures and short sales.
Joe's knowledge spans from all aspects of residential, commercial and new construction. Joe is also very active and knowledgeable in manufactured and panelized construction and has had extensive experience conducting appraisals throughout the state of Connecticut. Joe attributes his success to his loyalty, knowledge and expertise in the understanding of the constant market changes and his ability to complete assignments in a timely manner. This is evident from the continued repeat business and referrals he receives from current and past clients. Marc was first licensed in 1977 and two years later became a RE broker. Marc is a commercial Realtor under the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors. Marc is a member of the National Council of Exchangors-http://www.nce1031.com and has exchanged properties in several states. In the 1980's and beyond Marc was also listed in Who's Who in Creative Real Estate, and since 1981 has been a buyer's broker representing both residential and commercial transactions in a fiduciary capacity as such. The Hartford Courant in their Northeast Magazine section featured him as one of only 4 active buyer's brokers in the state in the early 1990's. |
