As a full service real estate company with over thirty four years of experience and expertise, Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. handles all aspects of both commercial & residential real estate assignments including appraisals, rentals, listings, building rehabilitation, consultation, court testimony, & other real estate services especially in Connecticut. Marc Gottesdiener himself has owned about one hundred fifty units & attendee of Society of Exchange Counselor and National Exchange Counselors. The properties have been in several states including in 4 New England states, and managed hundreds of units for a diversified base of clients and types of properties.

As an appraiser, Marc is licensed to perform both residential and commercial appraisals and has provided expert court testimony in all eight Connecticut counties. In addition, Marc routinely works with the Connecticut Superior Court in providing appraisals and court testimony for various property matters, foreclosures, divorce, bankruptcy, partition suits, and other litigious matters. His firm provides representation as a local property manager for landlords from other states. In several difficult real estate situations, Marc has worked to negotiate settlements and provide creative solutions.

Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. has been in business continuously since the early 1980's (and incorporated in March of 1984) in order to create real estate services for our clients and customers with a diverse range of expertise.     Marc was first licensed in 1977 and two years later became a RE broker. His first sale was a condominium and then a vacant excess lot for $10,000 and his largest sale was a $8.2M apartment complex and shopping center. Marc is a commercial Realtor under the auspices of the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors. In the 1980's and beyond Marc was also listed in Who's Who in Creative Real Estate, and since 1981 has been a buyer's broker representing both residential and commercial transactions in a fiduciary capacity as such.
