Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. has been in business continuously since the early 1980's (and incorporated in March 1984) in order to create real estate services for our clients and customers with a diversified range of expertises. We specialize in commercial and residential appraisal. The company also offers services of buyer brokerage and listing of commercial and residential property. Marc Gottesdiener is available for consultation concerning investing and developing of real estate. Marc has testified in court concerning property values since the early 1990's in various types of small and large properties of all types-both residential and commercial. Additionally, the company performs property management services for residential and mixed-use units in mostly Connecticut.
Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. is fully staffed with professionals offering a variety of backgrounds. Most of the team has been involved in appraisal work, real estate or property management for a number of years with most team members holding licenses for both appraisal work and brokerage totalling over 8 decades.
Over the years the company has creatively and diligently worked to represent our clients to provide excellence at an affordable price to accomplish the goals requested. We strive to assist our customers, clients, tenants, partners and the public to render quality and integrity.
The company has been located at 177 Buckingham Street in Hartford since 1999, over a decade after Marc purchased the property pictured on this web site.

Marc is a real estate professional with over thirty two years of extensive real estate and project management background. Known for appraising, negotiating a wide range of transactions, counseling people to understand the real estate situation, creating win-win transactions to close deals, and for tenacious persistence to handle a variety of real estate properties. Marc was in the real estate telecommunications business for six years. During that time he negotiated and creatively crafted over 50 new build-to-suit cellular tower locations and wireless telecommunication sites throughout mostly CT. Marc has negotiated full cycle projects commencing with consultation and moving through the cycle of RFP's (Request for Proposals) zoning, coordinating with municipal departments, building owners, state agencies, non-profit organizations and other private and public telecommunications real estate companies.
After working for real estate agencies in the area, he established Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. in 1981 and incorporated the business in 1984. |

Real Estate Broker
Marc was first licensed in 1977 and two years later became a RE broker. Marc is a commercial Realtor under the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors. Marc is a member of the National Council of Exchangors-http://www.nce1031.com and has exchanged properties in several states. In the 1980's and beyond Marc was also listed in Who's Who in Creative Real Estate, and since 1981 has been a buyer's broker representing both residential and commercial transactions in a fiduciary capacity as such. The Hartford Courant in their Northeast Magazine section featured him as one of only 4 active buyer's brokers in the state in the early 1990's. |
