Marc is a real estate professional with over thirty years of extensive real estate and project management background. Known for appraising, negotiating a wide range of transactions, counseling people to understand the real estate situation, creating win-win transactions to close deals, and for tenacious persistence to handle a variety of real estate properties.     Marc was in the real estate telecommunications business for six years. During that time he negotiated and creatively crafted over 50 new build-to-suit cellular tower locations and wireless telecommunication sites. Marc has negotiated full cycle projects commencing with consultation and moving through the cycle of RFP's (Request for Proposal) zoning, coordinating with municipal departments, building owners, state agencies, non-profit organizations and other private and public telecommunications real estate companies.

    After working for real estate agencies in the area, he established Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. in 1981 and incorporated the business in 1984.
