The Current Spring Appraisal Environment - In this article based that I had given at the CT Property Owner Association's monthly meeting. are undertaking in such a hostile lending environment. I was asked to prepare some remarks about the current state of the appraisal profession, how loans are fairing, the current valuation process and how it affects all of you, as investors, property owners and the general public, in doing business in this presently uncertain economy.

From I-91 North and Southbound
Take Capitol Area Exit 29A. Go straight to the rotary. Go 3/4 of the way around bear right onto Hudson Street. Go to the second set of lights and take a right. Take your first left onto Wadsworth Street and park behind the first brick building on left side.
From I-84 Eastbound
Take Capitol Area/Asylum Street Exit 48B. Bear right for Capitol Avenue and stay in right hand lane. At lights turn right and get in left lane and take first left onto Buckingham Street. Proceed and take first right onto Wadsworth and park behind first brick building on left side of street.
From I-84 Westbound
Take Exit 50, Main Street. At second traffic light, make a left onto Main Street. At 11th traffic light, make a right onto Buckingham Street. Go through the next set of lights and our building is located at the corner of Buckingham and Wadsworth at the first left.
