Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. has been certified since the state began licensing around 1990. The company has completed several thousand commercial and residential appraisal reports for banks, lenders, developers, individuals, attorneys, and municipalities. We take pride in objectively evaluating properties and not wavering from our opinions, conclusions, and due diligence. Integrity counts, and so our company is considered for expert testimony in court. Having testified in all Connecticut county courts as well as bankruptcy and federal courts, we feel this gives our company an edge as to why you should considerus with the experience.
Marc Gottesdiener is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Connecticut. He has three provisional appraisers working side by side with him to provide his customers with prompt service.
Marc and the provisional appraisers are insured to $1 Million. A copy of his company's policy can be provided on request. He also is a member of the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors which gives him up to the minute access on sales throughout the State of Connecticut.
