AppraisalsFor over two decades Marc has appraised for court, divorce, bankruptcy in both federal and superior court cases as to valuation in assessment and tax appeals, eminent domain claims, litigation of property claims, and other similar appraisals. Over the course of experience there have been a wide range of assignments. Marc will not take on a matter which he does not have the experience and capability unless he feels knowledgable as per USPAP ( The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice).

Marc Gottesdiener & Co., Inc. has been certified since the state and U.S. began licensing around 1988 and certified as # RCG.246. The company has completed over several thousand commercial and residential appraisal reports for banks, lenders, developers, individuals, attorneys, accountants, investors, and municipalities. We take pride in objectively evaluating properties and not wavering from our opinions, conclusions, and due diligence supported by research. Integrity counts, and so our company is considered for expert testimony in court. Having testified in all Connecticut county courts as well as bankruptcy and federal courts, we feel this gives our company an edge as to why you should consider us with our experience.
Marc Gottesdiener is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, RCG.246, in the State of Connecticut which means he is permitted to appraise any type of property provided there is competency with the assignment. There are two certified residential and two provisional appraisers working side by side with him to provide his customers with prompt service, accuracy, and objectivity, and the most current data.
Marc and the company appraisers are insured to $1 Million. A copy of the company's policy can be provided on request. He also is a member of the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors which gives him up to the minute access on activity throughout the State of Connecticut and a subscriber to numerous electronic services to provide up to date research capabilities. Marc is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, and the CT chapter.
